  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, conduct presentations, and lead client discussions to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to help shape product offerings and improve service delivery.
  • Assist in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development to ensure competitive and value-driven solutions.
  • Represent Clarwe at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand market presence.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or technical account management—preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage decision-makers.
  • A customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills to understand technical challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Confidence in presenting to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude with a hunger for growth and learning in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
