What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality, cost-effective,
and efficient production.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to identify manufacturability
issues and recommend improvements early in the product lifecycle.
Develop and optimize workflows, fixtures, tooling, and work instructions to support production
needs.
Analyze process performance using metrics and data, identifying opportunities for efficiency
gains and waste reduction.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for production challenges, implementing solutions that minimize
downtime and maintain output.
Support new product introductions by working closely with engineering and supply chain to
ensure seamless scale-up.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
across manufacturing operations.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, or related roles in
high-precision manufacturing environments.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in process optimization, root cause analysis,
and production troubleshooting.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or other continuous
improvement frameworks.
Hands-on experience with manufacturing tools, equipment, and automation systems.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, tolerances, and engineering specifications.
Effective communication skills to work cross-functionally and lead process improvements.
