What You’ll Do
Analyze, design, and implement manufacturing processes that ensure efficiency, quality, and
safety across production lines.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to troubleshoot process-related
issues and implement corrective actions.
Use data and process metrics to identify areas for improvement and lead projects that increase
throughput, reduce waste, and enhance consistency.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work
instructions, and process flow diagrams.
Support new product introductions by defining scalable manufacturing methods and ensuring
seamless integration into existing workflows.
Lead pilot runs, process validations, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance
manufacturability and reduce variability.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines
throughout process development and execution.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, or manufacturing
operations, preferably in aerospace, medical devices, automotive, or precision manufacturing.
Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and
statistical tools such as SPC or DOE.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma tools, or other continuous improvement
methodologies.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and technical specifications.
Hands-on experience with production equipment, automation systems, and tooling solutions.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving process improvements.
