What You’ll Do

  • Lead and maintain Clarwe’s quality management system (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance processes, inspections, and audits to ensure product integrity.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Manage supplier qualification programs, audits, and corrective action plans to uphold global quality standards.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing defects, root causes, and customer feedback to enhance product performance.
  • Mentor and train team members on quality procedures, inspection protocols, and best practices.
  • Partner with customers to understand requirements and ensure that their expectations are met—or exceeded.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or high-precision industries.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience with root cause analysis (RCA), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and corrective/preventive action (CAPA).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence teams and drive quality improvements.
  • Hands-on experience implementing quality tools, inspection equipment, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
